  2. Approval of the minutes of the 10/5/2023 meeting.
  3. Discussion and possible action regarding operational issues:

a.  Meter station.

b.  Lift stations.

c.  Grinder pump stations.

d.  Clearwater inspections.

e.  Other operational reports.

  1. Discuss the user charge rate applied to the Jim Feyen property.
  2. Consideration and possible approval of a property tax levy for 2023 payable 2024.
  3. Approval of District bills.
  4. Schedule the next meeting.
  5. Adjournment.
